  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 6 chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each Hawaiian roll in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Layer broken graham crackers on top, followed by chocolate pieces and vegan marshmallows.
  4. Place the tops of the rolls back on, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 2 minutes to toast.
