  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Lay the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.
  5. Spread minced garlic over the chicken and coat it with Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
  6. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  7. In the last 30 minutes of cooking time, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top to melt perfectly.
  8. Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs.
