  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil; stir until smooth.
  6. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half the mozzarella.
  7. Assemble layers in a baking dish: spread some sauce, add noodles, layer ricotta mixture, followed by shrimp and crab. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  8. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
