  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • Crusty bread rolls (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop all ingredients.
  2. In a large pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil and brown the beef cubes for 5-7 minutes.
