  • 1½ cups dill pickles (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until shaggy, then knead for 5–7 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Make the sauce: Whisk sour cream and mayonnaise with minced garlic, chopped dill, pickle juice, and black pepper. Refrigerate while dough rises.
  3. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Shape risen dough into a circle on a pizza pan.
