  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cabbage into thick slices, brush both sides with olive oil, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and egg (if using). Mix until well combined.
