  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 16 ounces fresh potato gnocchi
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup sweet peas
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and salt; cook for about 6-8 minutes until softened.

  6. Bring to a simmer before adding gnocchi; cook uncovered for about 4-5 minutes.
