  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the foil)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into four patties.
  2. Cut four pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12 inches each) and lightly coat the center with olive oil.
  3. Place one patty on each piece of foil and top with sliced mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Fold the sides of the foil over the patties, sealing tightly to lock in moisture.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat or bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 15-25 minutes depending on your cooking method.
  6. Check the doneness using a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Serve warm.
