  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 large sheets of aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; mix well and form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté sliced mushrooms and onions for about 5 minutes until softened.
