  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 15 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • Fresh cilantro leaves

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush both sides of the corn tortillas with cooking oil and arrange them on a baking sheet.
