  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices turkey turkey turkey pepperoni
  • ½ pound Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup cooked chicken ham, diced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes). Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl to rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with your pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  3. Roll out the dough into a circle (12–14 inches) on a floured surface; transfer it onto parchment paper.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, add half of the mozzarella cheese, then layer with turkey pepperoni, cooked sausage, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for about 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before slicing and serving hot.
