  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh thyme for topping

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm water, sugar, and yeast in a medium bowl; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt; add yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
