  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups cooked Japanese short-grain rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour, then dip into beaten egg.
  3. Coat fully with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat; fry cutlets for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
