  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and cover to keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and jalapeño for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in peach preserves, soy sauce, vinegar, and optional red pepper flakes. Simmer for about 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
