  • 150g cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup tomato slices
  • 1 cup grated carrots

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and toss with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, warm the shredded chicken with paprika, garlic powder, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper for about 3-4 minutes.
