  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a mixing bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a tart pan.
  2. Melt chopped dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream until blended; let cool slightly.
  3. Pour the cooled filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  4. To create the spiderweb design, melt white cooking chocolate and drizzle over the set tart in concentric circles. Drag lines through the circles with a toothpick for effect.
  5. Garnish with edible chocolate spiders before slicing and serving chilled.
