  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for topping)
  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil while stirring until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
  2. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  4. Punch down the risen dough; divide it into 12 equal portions and shape into balls. Place each ball into the greased muffin cups.
  5. In another bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Press dimples into each muffin and spoon the mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
