  • 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream; stir well and bring to a simmer.
