  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Lay out each tortilla flat and spread the chicken mixture evenly across the center.
  3. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
