  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 5 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
