  • 1 pound chopped turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 30-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef sausage and turkey bacon until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Mix in milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Stir in cooked meats, thawed hash browns, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let rest before slicing and serve warm.
