  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the brownie layer, melt butter and mix in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Combine dry ingredients, then mix together and pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
