Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika, then sear until golden brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt garlic butter and scrape up browned bits. Add beef broth and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and reduce heat to low, then add Velveeta cheese until melted. Follow by adding shredded cheeses until thickened.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and fold in the beef gently. Warm through for a few minutes before serving.
