  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up four shallow dishes: Pour milk into the first dish. Mix flour with garlic and onion seasoning in the second. Add ranch dressing to the third. Combine panko bread crumbs with dry ranch dressing in the fourth.
  3. Coat each mushroom cap by dipping it in milk, rolling it in flour, covering it with ranch dressing, and finally coating it with panko bread crumbs.
  4. Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray. Air-fry for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
